About Bluepeak
Bluepeak Property Services LLC handles residential cleanouts and commercial contracts across Maryland. Founded May 1, 2026 by Corrad Tabi.
The work is unit turnovers, office clear-outs, construction debris, estates, and furniture. Property managers and contractors get a W-9, a certificate of insurance, and an invoice tied to the unit or job.
We are licensed and insured. Motor carrier USDOT 4572406. Highly rated by customers on Google — see our Google reviews. We do not claim to be the biggest hauler in Maryland. We claim to answer, show up, and lock a price before we lift.
How we work
- You text photos and a zip.
- We send a range, then a window.
- On site we confirm the number before anything moves.
- We load, dump or donate, sweep, and leave.
Where we actually go
Baltimore City and County, Howard County, northern Anne Arundel. If you are in Hagerstown or Northern Virginia, we are the wrong truck — hire someone local to you.
