What’s in the number
- Crew labor, truck, and dump or donation stop
- Standard stairs and carries on houses and apartments
- Sweep of the work area
What can raise it
- Long carries from a back shed or Columbia courtyard
- Hot tubs, packed filing cabinets, concrete-heavy pieces
- Same-day end-of-month apartment rushes
These are typical ranges. The number we give you on site, before we load, is the price.
Why a range instead of one price online?+–
Dump tickets, stairs, and weight change the number. A sofa on the first floor is not a sleeper sofa down a Federal Hill walk-up. Ranges are planning numbers; we lock the price before we load.
Is there a trip charge if I decline?+–
If we quote from photos and you cancel before we roll, no. If we arrive by appointment and you send us away, ask when you book — on-site walk-aways are rare because the photos already did the work.

Text four photos and a zip. You get a range. We lock the price before we load.
