We send a price range from the photos. Pricing is by how much of the truck the job fills, plus access such as stairs and long carries.
We set a window. Same-day or next-day is possible when the truck is open, and we tell you plainly if it is not.
On site, we confirm the final number before anything goes on the truck. You can say no.
The crew loads, hauls away, and sweeps the work area so the space is broom-clean when we leave.

Labor, the truck, and the dump or donation run. We carry from inside the house, up stairs, and out of basements, and sweep the area when the load is out. Household hazardous waste such as wet paint, fuels, solvents, asbestos, and medical waste is not part of the load.

How fast can you do a property cleanout?+

Same-day or next-day windows are available when the truck is open. Text photos before early afternoon for the best chance. Larger properties may need more than one load, and we say so in the quote.
