Built for vendors, not one-off sofas

A commercial cleanout is a schedule, an insurance certificate, and a space that has to be empty for the next trade or the next lease. Bluepeak takes that work across Maryland: multifamily turnovers, office furniture pulls, retail back rooms, and mixed debris off an active remodel.

Send the vendor packet if you have one. We return the W-9, the COI with your company named as certificate holder, and a quote from photos before the crew is dispatched. Recurring unit turns can sit on a rate card so you are not re-bidding every vacant apartment.

The crew loads it, hauls it, and sweeps the work area. You get photos when the room, bay, or lot is clear. Hazardous paint, fuels, asbestos, and medical waste are not part of the load.

Commercial cleanout questions

Do you carry insurance and send a COI?+

Yes. Bluepeak is licensed and insured, USDOT 4572406. Property managers and general contractors can request a certificate of insurance and a W-9 before the first job.

Do you handle unit turnovers and eviction trash-outs?+

Yes. We clear apartments and houses to photo-ready, including furniture, mattresses, bagged household junk, and leftover tenant items. The invoice can carry the unit or job number.

Can you haul construction debris from a job site?+

Yes for non-hazardous debris: drywall, lumber, flooring, cabinets, doors, and mixed job-site junk. Wet paint, fuels, asbestos, and other hazardous material stay on site.

Do you work after hours or on a set schedule?+

After-hours and scheduled windows are available when a hallway, lobby, or active job site cannot be blocked during the day. Send the access rules with the photos.

Where in Maryland do you take commercial work?+

Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Howard County, and northern Anne Arundel, including Columbia, Towson, Laurel, Elkridge, and Glen Burnie. Other Maryland jobs are quoted from the address.

How do you price a commercial cleanout?+

By volume, access, and disposal, not like a single sofa from a marketplace lead. Send photos and the job address for a range. Recurring turnovers can be put on a rate card.

Need a COI and a crew on a commercial cleanout?

Text four photos and a zip. You get a range. We lock the price before we load.
