The house is back in the lender’s name and still full. We empty it so the contractor or realtor can walk in.
Foreclosure cleanouts are the same truck as an eviction trash-out, with a different client. Asset managers, investors, and realtors in Baltimore City and Baltimore County call when the property has to be broom-clean before a listing or a rehab crew.
We photograph before and after, haul furniture, bags, appliances, and garage overflow, and invoice by address. We do not change locks, winterize, or handle asbestos. If the basement looks like a hazmat job, we say so before we load.
